How Green Drive AS handles personal data.
What we collect
We collect the details you enter in the contact form: name, company, phone number, email address, number of cars and your message. Charging payments are handled by the payment provider, and we do not store card details.
What we use it for
We use the details to answer your enquiry and to follow up an agreement. We do not use them for marketing unless you have agreed to it.
Website analytics
We count visits with Plausible to see whether the website works: which pages are read, where visitors come from, whether they use a phone or a computer, and how many press directions, a phone number or send the business form. Plausible sets no cookies and does not store IP addresses. The numbers are totals and cannot be linked to individuals. The data is stored in the EU. The basis is our legitimate interest in knowing whether the website works.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are deleted once they are handled, unless we need them for a running agreement or to meet accounting requirements.

You can request access to your personal data, ask us to correct it or request its deletion. Contact us using the details below.
