Wheel package: remounting and balancing four tyres. The tyres come off the rims, new ones go on, and the wheels are balanced.
If you have complete wheels on their own rims, you only need a wheel change. If you only have tyres, they must be mounted on rims, and then it is a wheel package.
While you wait
You do not need to set aside the day. At Årvollveien 23 you charge and wash the car in the same visit while we work on the tyres.
When to change
The change is decided by the temperature and the road, not by the date. Summer tyres lose grip when it gets cold, and winter tyres wear fast on bare asphalt.

We take both bookings and drop ins. The tyre change season in spring and autumn is busy. We recommend booking a time then.
A normal wheel change takes about 30 minutes. Changing tyres on the rim with balancing takes longer.

A wheel change swaps wheels that are already on rims. A tyre change takes the tyre off the rim and fits a new one, and needs balancing afterwards.
Passenger cars, both electric and combustion. The site is inside a parking garage with an entrance height of 2.20 metres, so tall vans do not fit. If you have large wheels or unusual sizes, call us on 932 22 273 before you come.
No. We do not offer tyre storage for now. We only store tyres for our own cars, the taxis of the sister company.
